As much as it sucked, it was really good idea to take three days off of working out or taking class until my hip and lower back felt better. I think I'm almost back to a healthy, solid, only relatively gumby place again. Hyperflexibility was great in my youth, but man it's not so hot on the joints when one is in one's twenties!
